When you engage our services, a separate service agreement or contract will be provided that outlines the specific terms, scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for that engagement. Those terms will supplement these general Terms and Conditions.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge and agree that The Founders Network shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and shall be governed by English law.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Founders Network regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
